Thermal Care Scotland are an HVAC company that cover client sites from the North East of England and Scotland, and we are looking for an Service Desk Coordinator to join our growing team in our office in Bathgate.

**Service Desk Coordinator Role**

1. Daily Allocation of Contract Customer Requests by Telephone /E: Mail

2. Allocating Engineers Appointments

3. To Ascertain level of Break Down & Allocate Date/Time / Engineer via Electronic System JobLogic

4. To follow through All Customer Requests

5. Liaise with Various Merchants & Company Suppliers

6. Issue Purchase orders

7. Updates thought job Logic portal

8. Update customer portals

9. Collation of Monthly Invoicing

10. Processing supplier invoices

11. Accounts liaising for month end payments, payment lists produced

12. Credit card and receipt processing

13. Reconcile bank accounts
- Essential Skills - Using accounts software xero
- Previous Administrative Experience within Office Environment is Essential
- Computer Literate with Experience in Microsoft Packages(Word / Excel)
- Experience working with client portals
- Confident / Organised with Precise Planning Skills
- Outstanding Customer Service Communication
- Excellent Communication Skills by Telephone; E: mail; Face to Face
- Highly Organised with Excellent Time Management Skills
- Ability to Work Individually and as Part of a Team
- Ability to Control a Busy/Varied Workload to Priorities Tasks /Meet Deadlines.

Salary negotiable depending on experience, this is a part time job share role.

**Salary**: From £10.42 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift (3 DAYS PER WEEK)

**Experience**:

- Service Desk Co-Ordinator: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
- Accounts: 1 year (essential)

**Job Types**: Part-time, Temporary contract

**Salary**: £10.42-£11.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 24 per week
