We are a small business who run vehicle contract maintenance and repairs for large companies with sites throughout the UK.

We are currently looking for additional office staff to support our administration team in Kingswinford. This role would suit someone with previous experience within a transport team or with a knowledge of light goods vehicles and maintenance planning.

This role is a permanent full time position and requires an early start of 7am until 4pm Monday - Friday.

**Essential**:

- Enthusiastic individual with a willingness to learn and a ‘can-do’ attitude
- Attention to detail and highly organised, flexible with workload.
- Good interpersonal skills with a professional, down-to-earth working attitude
- Ability to take initiative, Self-motivated individual who is able to work as part of a team
- Experience with organising workloads and job cards
- Experience liaising with engineers and updating jobs on the go / time sensitive breakdowns.

**Preferred**:

- Experience of working within the transport or vehicle parts industry

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £11.50-£13.00 per hour
