**Working hours / Pay / Benefits**:

- Monday to Friday, 8 hours a day (flexible to cover any 8 hours between 6am and 5.30pm)
- Salary: £28,000 per annum plus annual bonus.

**Warehouse Manager Responsibilities**:

- Overseeing warehousing and distribution operations.
- Implementing operational policies and procedures.
- Implementing and overseeing security operations.
- Ensuring effective and safe use of warehouse equipment.
- Ensuring safety of staff.
- Motivating and developing team members.
- Maintaining documentation and keeping accurate records of warehouse activities.
- Maintaining awareness and knowledge of condition and location of warehouse vehicles.
- 5+ years warehouse / operations experience.
- Excellent understanding of warehouse management procedures.
- Proficient knowledge of inventory management and inventory controls.
- Valid forklift license preferred.
- Proficient computer skills, especially Microsoft Excel.
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Outstanding leadership, organisational, multitasking and problem-solving skills.
- Strong people skills.
- Available to work extended hours as required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £28,000.00 per year
