**About Our Client**:
I have partnered up with a leading Ecommerce Distribution Centre in LS9 who due to turning over in excess of 9 million pound this year need a Warehouse Supervisor to join them on a permanent basis.
- Responsible for the day-to-day performance of the warehouse team including pick speed, accuracy, and cost control.
- Correctly set-up the day for the team, set priorities and create and run pick waves for the packing operation throughout the day.
- Ensuring processes and SOPs are in place and followed for the most efficient workflow within both the pick / pack operation and the FBA rework operation.
- Managing the relationship with delivery partners to escalate issues with delivery partner compliance and to resolve issues with our own mail compliance.
- Keeping control of the picking locations, including total number that are active and available, as well as maintaining consistent stock levels in each location based on sell through rates.
- Regular PI Checks & auditing, including investigating discrepancies, finding solutions and liaising with the Castleford team where required to resolve.
- Overseeing the ordering and allocation of FBA stock, liaising with the customer experience team when required to address any concerns.
- Managing the speed and accuracy of the active FBA Rework. Ensuring sufficient checks and sign offs are being done on quantities and dimensions of products. Keeping track of the rework pace to ensure each rework is leaving us within the agreed SLA.
- Managing the customer returns process in the warehouse in co-operation with the customer experience team to ensure returns are sorted and re-purposed within agreed SLA.
- Managing the Amazon removed inventory returns in the warehouse, so they are logged correctly and processed for resale or rework within agreed SLA.
- Ensuring that all the trackers are filled in daily (where applicable) and reported on weekly, including case size discrepancies & returns, in co-operation with the customer experience team.
- Managing excess inventory and reporting back to the E-Commerce Trading Manager where commercial activity should be taken to help reduce.
- Monitor the performance of the picking and reworking teams to ensure pace and efficiency by using WMS data, performance logs and rework deadlines.
- Log issues raised through performance reviews and mail compliance checks to ensure we are retraining where there is a capability issue or performance managing where necessary.
- Monitor and manage order SLA compliance in co-ordination with the customer experience team, to ensure back orders and orders with attention required are leaving us in the correct order.
- Ensuring priority orders are sent out each day and that all orders received by 3:00pm are sent the same day.
- Conduct and manage the training of the warehouse team on mail compliance and SOP's, keeping a log of training and actions.
- Conduct regular performance reviews with the warehouse team, identify training needs to ensure the team is up-skilled and put plans in place to develop the team and improve overall performance of the operation
- Completing product and order amends on our WMS as required where stock integrity or product specification issues are identified.

**The Successful Applicant**:

- Previous experience at a Supervisory level within a warehouse
- Ability to work Monday to Friday with hours between 7am and 4pm
- Good attention to detail
- Ability to work at pace and with multiple workloads
- Experience of working in a target driven environment
