We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented End of Tenancy Cleaner and Maintenance Assistant to join our team.

As an End of Tenancy Cleaner and Maintenance Assistant, you will be responsible for ensuring that our properties are left in pristine condition after tenants have moved out. You will also be required to execute small maintenance tasks such as fixing a loose electrical socket or performing a bit of paintwork to keep the properties in top shape.

**Responsibilities**:

- Thoroughly clean the property to ensure it is left in a clean and tidy condition for the next tenant
- Perform small maintenance tasks such as fixing a loose electrical socket or touching up small bits of paintwork
- Report any maintenance issues that require further attention

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in cleaning and maintenance work
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Good communication skills
- Reliable and punctual
- Attention to detail
