CCR Is looking for a Neighbourhood Housing Officer to help the local authorities in Gateshead, this individual must have 5 GSCE'S and experience within the role.

Temporary role until end of March 2023 ( with possibility of extension depending on needs of the business).

Role will be as a Housing officer working with a team of other officers dealing with general estate and housing management.

The role will involve home visits to residents homes and a range of administrational tasks that may vary. experience of tenancy management is desirable. Will require own vehcile and be able to drive. The required role will be based between the West and Central Gateshead.

**Job Type**: Temporary contract
Contract length: 2 months

**Salary**: £13.17 per hour

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
