**About the job**

As the Quality Compliance Lead you will be working with the quality and productions teams co-ordinating all compliance activities. This is a great position for someone looking to take on a more senior role and work closely with the Quality Manager, to ensure the business remains compliant and up to date with any regulatory changes. Good communication skills will be key as you will be taking the initiative as the compliance specialist which is integral to the operation of the business.

**Key responsibilities**
- Review lifetime records concurrently with manufacture.
- Liaise with workshop inspection team, project managers and engineers to ensure on time deliveries through coordinating inspection team and sign offs on lifetime records.
- Supply chain management and oversight, review supplier documentation with regular visits ensuring products meet specifications. Quality kick off meetings with suppliers ensuring scope is understood.
- Raising Non-Conformances relating to customer returns, supplier subcontractor issues and internal issues.
- Reporting and review of non-conformances to carry out root causes analysis and preventative actions.
- Conduct internal and supplier audits in accordance with Bendalls audit plan.
- Liaise with workshop inspection team, project managers and engineers to ensure on time deliveries.
- Management of calibration system.
- Site service support, visiting sites and quoting for inspection work.

**What you need for the role.**
- Experience in fabrication and welding background.
- ISO 9001 Lead Auditor Qualification desirable but not essential
- PCN Level 2 DPI & Visual & MPI inspection qualifications desirable but not essential
- Good analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills and the ability to conduct root cause analysis and devise suitable preventative actions.
