Our client who are food enthusiasts and passionate about fresh produce are on the hunt for an ambitious and commercially driven Procurement Professional to join their robust and quirky establishment. The role will be responsible for taking ownership of theFresh Food and Seafood Category where you would look to develop and establish your portfolio of suppliers.

**Day to day responsibility will include**:

- Take full control of the end-to-end sourcing process.
- Liaising with suppliers and developing a strong rapport with them.
- Working closely with the Sales Team to facilitate budgets and margins.
- Set clear saving plans/targets.
- Overseeing inventory buying and stock control.

**Experience required**:

- Experience in previous sourcing of fresh foods or protein.
- Project Management capability.
- Proven track record of delivering category growth and cost savings.
- Understanding of product technical requirements.
