**Frylite Solutions has an exciting new role for a Trainee Credit Controller to join the existing Credit Control Team on a full time and permanent basis.**

**This role will be for 38.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday and be situated in Strabane, County Tyrone.**

**Full training and development will be provided for this role.**

**Job Duties & Key Responsibilities of the Trainee Credit Controller**:

- Work with the wider Credit Control Team to ensure Credit Control targets are met.
- Monitor levels of outstanding debt
- Proactively highlight concerns/potential problems
- Process Direct Debit mandates.
- Customer Service
- Minimize debtor balances and debtor days.
- Arrange new account set ups with credit references and checks.
- Escalate issues to the Credit Control Manager
- Processing of EDI files weekly
- Processing bank bacs payments to Sage daily and reconciled weekly/monthly.
- Daily post cheques processed to Sage.

**Key Criteria**:

- Proficient user of Microsoft Office including Word, Outlook & Excel
- Good organisational skills
- Strong commercial awareness
- Strong attention to detail
- Enthusiastic and willing to learn new things
- Teamwork skills and ability to work independently
- Previous experience in a finance, credit control or commercial role would be advantageous.
