The role requires the flexibility to travel within the UK and occasionally Ireland with some overnight stays.
The role will require some weekend working as the courses are delivered over a 7-day schedule.

Ensure all retail colleagues receive a fantastic learning experience, both virtually on Microsoft Teams and at the residential Academy at Fort Dunlop in Birmingham, which equips them with the knowledge and skills and encourages the attitude and behaviours required to succeed in store.
As part of this role, you’ll be responsible for:
- Facilitate interactive learning courses for all new Sales Colleagues, both virtually and face-to-face, encouraging participation and engagement of all colleagues,
- Virtual facilitation, on Microsoft Teams, for learning events such as Mobile Upskill and Demonstrator Induction.
- Support with the upkeep and maintenance of the UK & ROI “what’s in store?” Induction content, and 6-month development programme, including digital content.
- Increase the capability of new front-line colleagues to sell, serve and support our customers competently and confidently.
- Produce and distribute (verbally/electronically) weekly performance feedback to managers for new retail colleagues as required.
- Support with the day-to-day management of the Academy venue to ensure the highest standards are maintained.
- Monitor the in-store support provided to “what’s in store?” colleagues via store visits.
- Build and maintain pro-active relationships with key stakeholders within our Retail estate.
- Facilitation of other learning events including Corporate Induction (Waterloo), Management and Corporate Development, Supplier Events and additional learning projects.
- Support with design of learning content.
- Support with the creation of digital learning content for post 180-day learning plans.
- Delivery/facilitation at regional meetings.
You will need:
- Confident, engaging, and inspiring facilitator.
- Experience in the design, delivery and evaluation of a variety of learning programmes.
- Understands trends in learning and development and different approaches to learning at work.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Excellent organisation skills.
