Chaired by the Archbishop of Canterbury, the Steering Group includes a broad range of organisations and individuals from the NHS and ITV, to the Scouts, UK Sport, and TikTok.

In 2023 we built The Big Help Out, a campaign to get communities volunteering as part of the King’s Coronation. 7.2m people got involved.

**ABOUT THE ROLE**:
The Social and Digital Lead for the Together Initiative is a new, unique, and exciting opportunity for an experienced communications professional to develop, own, and deliver high-quality public and partner channels for the Together Coalition, particularly around two major campaigns. Firstly, The Big Help Out in 2024, a day where millions of people get out to volunteer, secondly Thank You Day, our annual celebration of social connection. Both take place in Q2 2024.

The role will lead the Social for one of the biggest volunteering campaigns across 2024. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a small, collaborating team of campaigners to ‘cut through’ campaigns that shift the narrative and work to transform our communities.

**OVERVIEW OF SERVICES**:
The role is focused on Social and Digital Communications.
- Lead the creation and delivery of copy, creative, and content for multiple social platforms and channels, including Linkedin, Instagram, Facebook, X, and TikTok.
- Working closely with campaign managers to support the digital influencer and publisher outreach
- Lead on our targeted social outreach
- Work with our creative agency to deliver paid ads.
- Online community management
- Reporting and feedback on the success of the social campaigns.

**WHAT SKILLS WILL YOU BRING?**

Essential
- Experience in supporting and reporting on Paid Ads.
- Skills in Adobe Indesign and Canva
- Experience working with digital publishers, content creators, and agencies.
- Ability to write compelling social copy
- Experience scheduling content
- Ability to own multiple campaign social channels at once.
- Proven ability to deliver high-quality, professional communications content.
- Comfortable working against tight deadlines in a dynamic, remote working environment.
- Excellent people skills & ability to build strong relationships quickly.

Desirable
- Experience in advocacy campaigns.
- Google Analytics Reporting
- Strong design capabilities.

Reporting to: Head of Campaigns

Location: Remote/Flexible, but must be able to travel to London regularly for meetings and events

Period: December 2023 - July 2024

Time commitment: Full-time 35 hours per week.

Salary up to 30k fte, depending on experience
