**Medical Devices Applications Trainer**
**North West London**
**Up to £35,000 + benefits**

A leading managed service provider specialising in providing engineering maintenance/repair services across the UK to hospitals are seeking a Clinical Applications Trainer to provide face to face and online training on the use of designated medical equipment to current and new clinical staff at all levels.

As the Clinical Applications Trainer, you will be responsible for liaising with clinical professionals and identifying training needs and conduct function device training to clinical/medical professionals.

**Other responsibilities include - Medical Devices Applications Trainer**:

- Deliver or facilitate appropriate medical devices training in accordance with the terms of the contract for each site.
- Supplement OEM training on high-risk devices/devices in acute clinical areas and act as a liaison between the trust staff and OEM for support
- Maintain the Learning Management System and liaise with managers about training delivered to staff in their areas, highlighting clinical areas that are underperforming.
- Provide support to manage the learning management systems; to include devising learning plans and learning content and creating competency records for all clinical staff.
- Assist in the development of strategies for training on the use of medical devices.
- Liaise with clinical representatives to ensure that they maintain training and equipment information in clinical areas and that clinical staff have access to user instructions and training records.
- Liaise with the Client in-house clinical training and competence teams as required.

**Experience/qualifications required - Medical Devices Applications Trainer**:

- Experience of working in a clinical/medical/theatre environment either as a nurse, ODP, healthcare assistant/professional/medical sales/product specialist etc.
- Healthcare/clinical/medical related qualification e.g. degree, NVQ, C&G etc.
- Confident in delivering training.
