Richmond Pharmacology** i**s an innovative, dynamic and adaptive Contract Research Organisation (CRO) based in London Bridge, conducting clinical research on behalf of clients in the pharmaceutical industry.

Our Data Management team is looking for an enthusiastic, motivated Medical Devices Assistant to assist in maintaining medical equipment across the company.

You will need to have an interest in learning about medical devices (or happy to add this to your skill set), with strong attention to detail and good time management skills. This role is new to the business, and we’re looking for the right person to teach and develop, who is not afraid of technology or learning new skills

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- The Medical Devices Assistant should have a good understanding of medical devices and how they work. They should be able to troubleshoot issues and perform routine maintenance tasks.
- Attention to detail: Medical devices require a high level of accuracy and attention to detail to ensure they are functioning properly. The Medical Devices Assistant must have a keen eye for detail to identify potential problems and fix them quickly.
- Organisational skills: The Medical Devices Assistant should be highly organised and able to keep track of multiple devices, their usage, maintenance schedules, and inventory.
- Communication skills: The Medical Devices Assistant will need to communicate with the clinical team and technical support staff to ensure that devices are being used properly and maintained correctly. They should be able to communicate complex technical information to non-technical team members.
- Analytical skills: The Medical Devices Assistant should be able to analyse data and make informed decisions based on that data. They should be able to identify patterns and trends in device usage and maintenance to make improvements where needed.
- Time management skills: The Medical Devices Assistant should be able to manage their time effectively to ensure that all devices are properly maintained, and inventory is kept up to date.
- Adaptability: The Medical Devices Assistant should be able to adapt to changing circumstances, such as the introduction of new medical devices or changes in regulations.
- Teamwork: The Medical Devices Assistant should be able to work collaboratively with the clinical team, technical support staff, and other members of the healthcare organization to ensure that devices are being used effectively and efficiently.
