**Clinical Trainer - Audiology and Vestibular (UK and Ireland)**

**Job Summary**

We are looking for a Clinical Audiology Trainer to join our established UK&I clinical training team. You will be centrally involved in ensuring we achieve our customer services and business objectives through providing audiological and technical training to our clients and sales managers. As part of the team you will be responsible for the planning and execution of our scheduled external customer training programme whilst helping to further develop an industry leading and focused content. You will report to the National Sales Manager and be based from home (in the south of the UK) with regular travel throughout the UK and Ireland.

**Main Responsibilities**
- Help manage and run the UK clinical training needs through scheduled training events, both in person and online - including presentation of nationally advertised webinars.
- Ensure all clinical product enquiries are responded to.
- Support remote learning for customers by phone and over designated digital platforms. Experience with Microsoft Teams and GoToWebinar platforms would be beneficial.
- Be prepared for regular travel around the UK and Ireland where necessary.
- Where required support sales of all devices in conjunction with Regional Sales Managers.
- Design clinical presentation material for use in customer training sessions.

**Qualifications**
- You must hold a degree in Audiology from a recognised higher education institution.
- A minimum of 5 years in a similar role for a public or private health services provider or a commercial firm would be desirable.

**Additional Information**

Experience with the Natus product portfolio is required. Knowledge and awareness of vestibular diagnostics and evoked potentials would be ideal but suitable training and support will be provided for the successful applicant.
