Overview:
Are you a resilient and self-motivated Clinical Trainer, with experience in managing and delivering clinical training at an exceptional standard?

Our product portfolio included a comprehensive range of IV generic drugs, infusion therapies and clinical nutrition products as well as the medical devices for administering these products.

**Responsibilities**:

- Supporting appropriate and consistent teaching/training programmes for the delivery of clinical training to Infusion Technology customers
- Monitoring and recording teaching/training programmes to ensure maximum effectiveness and ensure learning has been achieved by health care professionals
- Promoting best practice and supporting customers in order to build confidence on product usage
- Honouring all shifts accepted once placed on the rota and submitting expenses on a monthly basis
- Attending national and local meetings and training workshops as required and to maintain knowledge and practice
- Ensuring that confidentiality and data protection is complied with at all times
- Attending training days arranged by Fresenius Kabi whenever reasonably possible
- Developing and maintaining effective communication with staff and customers both internal and external

Qualifications:

- Experience in delivering clinical training
- Driving licence and has own car
- The ability to communicate clearly and concisely with personnel at all levels internally and externally
- Problem solving skills, able to interpret the requirements of different customers and deliver training accordingly
- Strong teamwork skills as you would be working closely with Clinical Account Manager, Business Development Manager and customers
- Self-directed and self-motivated, able to plan and organise self in order to meet objectives of role
- Must be able to work on own initiative and establish own methods of supporting self and others
- Excellent presentation and training skills, able to train and teach a variety of health care professionals with differing learning styles on the Infusion Technology product range
- Qualification in Nursing or Health Science Related Field
- Registered nurse with a valid NMC is desirable
