The job role:

- Answering the telephone
- General administrative duties
- Raising purchase orders/placing orders with suppliers with regular follow ups for deliveries
- Communicating updates with relevant Project Managers
- Working closely with the Project Management team to assist on tasks set by the team
- Assisting with quotations
- Setting up order numbers, files for new projects and order confirmations.

The person:

- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
- Have a flexible working approach
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Have a hands on approach to new tasks and a willingness to learn
- Ability to take own initiative
- Thrives on challenges
- A team player
- Well organised and able to manage time efficiently - plan own workload
- Full driving license is required due to office location
