We are looking for a Learning Advisor to join our team.

The Learning Advisor role is key to this approach as if focusses on supporting individual students to achieve their full potential.

**What you’ll bring to the role**

You will enjoy working with international students, be student focussed, be open to change and development, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and be fully committed to ensuring all our students’ success. You will need:

- An Undergraduate degree or equivalent
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to record information accurately and meet deadlines
- A strong commitment to equity and inclusion
- A non-judgemental, mature approach
- The ability to work collaboratively as part of a range of different teams in order to continually improve the student experience
- The ability to provide consistently high quality work, respond to feedback and be self-reflective
- The ability to work confidently with IT systems and platforms
