Our well established business is growing and we are looking for an Executive Assistant to join our Linlithgow team. You will be working alongside our hard working, driven team and will have a key focus towards the Lettings team all within in our modern office, which provides an enjoyable and exciting working environment. This role can (if required) progress into a full time position as the business expands.

The Role:
- Schedule accompanied viewings and engage with clients.
- Issuing Lettings Agreements.
- Seek appropriate documentation from Landlord and tenants.
- Day to Day management of Agents Diaries.
- Meeting & Greeting customers within the office.
- Providing excellent customer service at all times.
- Organising safety certifications and ensuring all legislation is met - EPC, legionnaires, gas safety, electrical safety, smoke and carbon monoxide detectors.
- Organising routine visits to our managed properties.
- Preparation of tenancy documentation.
- General administration support to the Lettings Team.
**Requirements**:
We are keen to find someone that is a good fit for us, but we also want to be a good fit for you Therefore, we’re looking for someone who;

- Sees motivation in organisation and is ambitious to redefine the real estate experience.
- Can build rapport with the team, to maintain good relationships with our agents.
- Has previous administrator/customer service experience.
- Has a natural flair for and enjoys dealing with people and, always looks to provide the best customer service.
- Flexibility to work between our Bridge of Allan and Linlithgow offices.
**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 15 per week
**Salary**: £10.00 per hour
