As a **Project Coordinator, **you will play a crucial role in supporting our projects at Aberdeen Depot. This administrative support position involves various responsibilities to ensure smooth operations, efficient communication, accurate data management and timely project execution.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Ensure accuracy of Field Service System throughout works lifecycle.
- Maintain relevant project registers ensuring capture of quote v. actual sales.
- Assist in Job Card review process throughout month.
- Produce road space booking forms and coordinate with the central planning team as required.
- Identify working practises that create operational efficiencies
- Monitor project delivery to ensure it is in line with sales approach, alerting senior team to any differences which need requoting
- Communicate clearly, courteously, and effectively with clients.
- Manage effective communication to ensure resource availability.
- Ensure accuracy in recording specific client / contractual data.
- Ensure compliance of all company policies & procedures.
- Always ensure safe working environment and promote H&S by example.
- Resolve any H&S reported issues and liaise with the QHSE Manager as required.

**Desired Skills & Experience**
- Attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to focus on all areas of a task
- High level competency in Microsoft Excel
- Ability to work under pressure
- Competent in the use of Microsoft Office 365 suite
- Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills
