**JOB DESCRIPTION AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:
Key Responsibilities:

- Lead business process analysis and design activities to support the digital transformation program
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and requirements, and translate these into functional requirements and user stories
- Identify opportunities for process optimization, automation, and innovation to drive digital transformation initiatives.
- Develop business cases to support technology investments and innovation opportunities.
- Develop and document business requirements, functional specifications, and use cases
- Facilitate workshops and meetings with stakeholders to gather information, validate requirements, and prioritize deliverables
- Create process maps, data flow diagrams, and other visual aids to communicate complex business processes and system interactions
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure the solutions meet the business requirements
- Develop test plans and test cases to ensure the quality of delivered solutions
- Participate in the Agile software development life cycle (SDLC) activities such as design, development, testing, and deployment
- Continuously improve business analysis practices and techniques

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a business analyst in a digital transformation or technology-driven environment
- Strong understanding of business analysis techniques, such as process mapping, requirements gathering, and stakeholder analysis
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas to technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to identify problems and propose solutions
- Experience with Agile SDLC methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban
- Experience with project management tools, such as JIRA or DevOps
- Strong attention to detail, with the ability to ensure accuracy and completeness of requirements and documentation
- Experience with digital transformation technologies, such as cloud computing, analytics, artificial intelligence, and robotic process automation
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under tight deadlines
