**Developer (graduate or equivalent)**

Location**:Romford, Essex (full-time presence on site is required for the training period)**

**The role in a nutshell**:
They use **Low-code/ OutSystems** which makes developing easier and more solution-focused. Training on this will be provided, but a curiosity to learn new ways of working is required. All STEM degrees (or equivalent) will be considered if criticalthinking and a passion for development can be demonstrated.

**As a Developer you will**:

- Work effectively with other Developers and Business Analysts to review and technically challenge requirements.
- Develop and design low-level technical solutions based on requirement specifications and business input.
- Execute initial tests before passing the solution package to the quality assurance team.
- Continuously monitor and improve quality of code in line with development best practices.
