**About us**

**More Talk More Action** delivers bespoke support services to thousands of young people and adults across the UK, providing expert advice, motivation and practical skills to overcome life’s hurdles.

Our purpose is **“Inspiring people to make positive change”.**

We are looking for engaging, enthusiastic and confident individuals to help provide support to young people through our mentoring programs.

By joining our team, you will be given the platform to mentor young people through one to one sessions and/or group sessions in which you will empower and inspire your young people to make positive change through our skill sessions.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is interested in becoming a teacher, passionate about supporting young people or looking for experience within a school setting.

Our sessions are delivered in schools across the week, a minnimum of 3 hours will be delivered per school, the amount of schools available to allocate to mentors will depend on availability and readiness to work.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide mentorship and guidance to children in need
- Complete Evaluation forms and Impact reports
- Support and encourage the personal, social, and academic development of mentees
- Collaborate with teachers and other professionals to ensure the success of mentees
- Effective delivery of sessions
- Monitor and track mentees' progress and provide feedback

**Requirements**:

- Experience working with children, preferably in a mentoring or educational capacity
- Ability to educate and inspire children
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Patience, empathy, and the ability to build trust with mentees
- Understanding of special education needs is a plus

- Safeguarding Level 2

- Mentoring & Coaching Level 1

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 5-25 per week

**Salary**: £10.00-£15.00 per hour

- Monday to Friday
