Every Child Needs a Mentor is the UK's only mentor recruitment and training agency. We specialise in recruiting the best mentoring talent to fulfil mentoring assignments within education. We are seeking Chirldren's Residential Support Workers who want to become Youth Mentors. We seek passionate individuals to join our growing team of mentors to deliver for our mentor recruitment agency. We deliver high-profile special projects, place mentors in schools and train people to become mentors.

**What You Will Be Doing**

You'll join our experienced mentoring team to improve mental health, emotional wellbeing, and aspirations for Young People. You'll complete reports, evidence feedback, follow professional guidelines, and use our award-winning mentoring practice, mentoring app and online DPS (Digital Platform System). You will mentor children within residential homes, primary and secondary schools and the community.

**What We're Offering**

We offer competitive hourly rates and flexible working hours. Our mentoring assignments are delivered during the school day and term time. Our mentoring opportunity is unique for support workers who work within residential settings. Those who qualify to join our mentoring register we will sponsor your Mentoring Masterclass. Those who join our pool of mentors will have access to various mentoring opportunities, from freelance to fixed-term contracts and temporary assignments. Children's Residential Support Workers will be chosen based on their experience, proven effectiveness, suitability and availability.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Temporary contract, Fixed term contract, Freelance

**Salary**: £12.00-£14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 1 - 18 per week
