**Salary: £26,000 - £28,000 dependent on experience plus bonuses and sleep in pay. OTE up to £30,000+**
**Who are we looking for?**
We are looking for individuals who are know how to have fun; who are funny, can make a conversation in any situation We want individuals who want to work with children to make a positive, lasting difference to children’s lives? Are you an experienced Residential Worker or Youth Worker, or do you have no experience but are looking to build a career in residential care?
We need determined, resilient people to be long lasting, significant adults in a child’s life. We need individuals who won’t shy away from a challenge and can be down to earth and pragmatic in any situation.
With our structured pay-scales and clear career progression paths, we can support you with the training and experience to develop into a Senior Residential Support Worker, Deputy Manager, Home Manager or Registered Manager.
