**Salary: £26,000 - £28,000 dependent on experience plus bonuses and sleep in pay. OTE up to £30,000+**

**Who are we looking for?**

We are looking for individuals who are know how to have fun; who are funny, can make a conversation in any situation We want individuals who want to work with children to make a positive, lasting difference to children’s lives? Are you an experienced Residential Worker or Youth Worker, or do you have no experience but are looking to build a career in residential care?
