Every Child Needs a Mentor is the UK's leading specialist mentoring and training provider, and we are looking for individuals to join our growing team of mentors at our award-winning mentoring company. Due to our growing list of clients, we need to increase our team of experienced mentors.
If you're passionate about mentoring and want to take on a fulfilling role freelance/part-time role where you can guide and inspire young people, become a mentor with Every Child Needs a Mentor.
**What You Will Be Doing**
You'll join our accredited mentoring team to improve Mental Health, self-esteem and academic achievement in Young People.
You'll complete reports, evidence feedback, and follow professional guidelines. All communication will be via our mentoring app and online DPS (Digital Platform System).
**What You'll Need To Apply**
The successful applicant will be experienced at working with young people within an education, social care or youth justice setting. They will be highly motivated, enthusiastic and a hard-working individual, able to work efficiently to meet deadlines.
Previous mentoring experience is essential, and we will provide sponsorship for our paid Mentoring Masterclass training for individuals committed to their professional development.
Successful applicants must be able to communicate with an excellent level of written and spoken English and be experienced in completed written reports to evidence mentoring progress.
**What We're Offering**
We offer competitive hourly rates ranging between £13 to £18 per hour based on your mentoring experience and the projects you will deliver. We offer flexible working hours with the opportunity to work remotely. We are looking for both self-employed freelancers and temporary staff.
**Job Types**: Part-time, Freelance
**Salary**: £13.00-£18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 1 - 18 per week
