Reformed Theological Seminary is seeking a Senior Pastor to lead our church in Birmingham, AL. This is a full-time position that requires strong leadership and spiritual guidance. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our congregation in worship, mentoring and guiding our staff and volunteers, and developing and implementing church programs and events.
Responsibilities:
- Lead worship services and weekly meetings with energy and enthusiasm.
- Mentor and guide staff and volunteers to help them reach their full potential.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to grow and develop our church community.
Requirements:
- A Master of Divinity (M.Div.) degree or higher is required for this position.
- Strong preaching and teaching abilities are essential for effective ministry.
- Proven experience in church leadership is necessary for success in this role.
Salary Range: $85,000 - $120,000 per year
