Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and proactive individual to join our dental practice as a Mobile Dental Representative. As a Mobile Dental Representative, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining professional relationships with dentists, dental practices, and healthcare professionals in the community. Your primary objective will be to generate recommendations and referrals to our dental practice.

**Responsibilities**:

- Utilize your own car to visit dental practices, clinics, and healthcare facilities to establish and nurture professional connections.
- Present information about our dental practice, services, and value proposition to potential referral sources.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with dentists, specialists, and other healthcare professionals through effective communication and regular follow-ups.
- Plan and create industry events, dental conferences, and networking opportunities to expand professional connections.
- Keep abreast of industry trends, developments, and competitor activities to identify new referral opportunities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement strategies for generating referrals and increasing brand awareness.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions, referrals, and potential leads.
- Provide feedback and insights to the management team on market trends, competitor activities, and potential areas for business growth.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, marketing, or customer relationship management, preferably in the dental or healthcare industry.
- Proven track record in building and maintaining professional relationships and achieving sales targets.
- Strong networking and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with and influence dental professionals.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with a proactive approach to work.
- Possess a valid driver's license and own a reliable car for transportation to visit potential referral sources.
- Knowledge of dental procedures, products, and terminology is a plus.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and other sales tools is preferred.
