**The Opportunity**

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organised Process Documentation Specialist to join our team. Working within the Compliance function and collaborating with all business areas, you will support the organisation in delivering on business targets which are underpinned by a robust process landscape. Reporting to the Business Process Innovation Manager, you will be responsible for creating comprehensive and clear process documentation within our organisation such as policies, procedures, process flows, work instructions etc. ensuring alignment and consistency of documentation. This role requires a strong ability to understand and translate complex processes into user-friendly documents that enhance efficiency and understanding and drive a proactive culture.

Working with key stakeholders and process owners, you will contribute directly to helping to define and create a system for the processes with effective storage and easy retrieval which will support the business. Success in this role requires excellent people skills and customer focus. Your process knowledge will underpin your ability to effectively engage stakeholders to ensure compliance and process ownership. It will help to drive a positive culture through the organisation at every level.

**What you'll do**

Key responsibilities will include:

- Collaborate with each business area to gain a deep understanding of processes
- Use visual aids, diagrams and process flows to enhance the clarity and understanding of documented processes
- Develop and compose policies, procedures, process flows and where applicable work instructions in a standardised manner which support the overall business requirements
- Review and update existing documentation to reflect any changes in processes
- Work closely with process owners and stakeholders to ensure documentation remains accurate and up to date
- Maintain document retrieval system
- Lifecycle management ensuring continual improvement of applicable business documentation
- Support the wider compliance team to ensure adherence to corporate and legislative requirements
- When required, work on projects within teams
- Audit business areas to ensure process compliance and support ISO accreditations
- Support, coach and lead employees in correct documentation processes
- Supply necessary data and information to populate a Compliance dashboard

**Who you are**
- Proven experience in writing process documentation preferably in a corporate environment
- Computer literacy - competent with Microsoft Office
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and SME's
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
- Problem-solving skills to address challenges in documenting complex processes
- Previous experience with ISO requirements and frameworks
- Commitment to continuous improvement principles
- Relevant training and certifications applicable to documentation specialists
