An opportunity has arisen for a **Document Controller** to join the Quality department in a rapidly expanding and exciting work environment. To oversee the Document Management system in line with the company ISO certification. Managing documented information.

**Job role**:

- Oversee the efficient management of documents and ensure information is accurate and updated
- Support the control and improvement of the information management systems, processes and procedures
- Support the development of PIMS and supporting infrastructure to manage and control documented information required by the business
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal and external project teams
- Maintain registers and conduct quality audits on document flows
- Provide training on the document control systems to new users / new starters
- Implement and maintain document control methods, systems and templates
- Act as an administrator / super user for document control systems such as SharePoint, and PIMS to ensure information is shared effectively and efficiently
- Ensure that all applicable information is recorded and retained on central document management system
- Review and control of document management protocols
- Archive historical documentation
- Assist diverse project teams in document management and classification
- Develop and deliver metrics that support the ongoing performance of document management across the business

**You’ll have**:

- Knowledge of SharePoint set-up and local site management beneficial
- Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in a similar document control role
- Strong time management and excellent organisation skills are essential, underpinned by an attention to detail
- Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills including the ability to liaise and advise staff at all levels, both in written and verbal
- Flexible and able to work as part of a diverse team
- Adaptable and quick thinking with an ability to work under pressure and cope with a varied portfolio of work, progressing activities independently
