Are you a marketing leader with a track record of growing market share and successfully developing and/or launching products and brands?

Join us as a Brand Lead in our Biopharmaceuticals Business Unit. This role is designed to support the development of brand strategy and lead the implementation of tactics through leadership of the cross functional team. This includes the external strategy and commercial interaction with key customer groups, including clinical, government, national and regional payer groups to deliver positive outcomes. Working with key internal partners, the Brand Lead will lead strategic planning for patient access (Value story/propositions) and communicate accordingly for the nominated brand. You will be responsible for the delivery of sales and customer value within defined resources.

**Accountabilities**:
As a Brand Lead, you will own the single brand plan and lead the brand planning process. You will lead the team (including IBEX, Medical, Policy, Access, Compliance, Finance) and be responsible for the process and inputs required for LRP and other business planning cycles. You will ensure omnichannel is embedded into the brand plan and planning process, engage externally with key stakeholders, influencers and decision makers, and use insights and performance data to ensure strategic decision making is informed and agile to market shifts.

**Essential Skills/Experience**:

- Degree qualified
- Significant pharmaceutical commercial experience with a strong performance track record
- Strong marketing leadership with a successful track record of growing market share as well as preparing for and successfully launching new products and brands.
- Creative marketing capabilities together with rigorous commercial business sense

**Desirable Skills/Experience**:

- Good experience of the UK market, with its unique NHS system
- Sales management experience
- MBA
