**The Opportunity**

An exciting opportunity has come up for an Operator role in the heart of Dardan, our Security Operations Centre (SOC) based in the Cambridge area. Reporting to the Head of SOC, you will work as part of a tight-knit and multi-skilled team overseeing the day-to-day operations of the business and providing support and monitoring to our out-of-hours teams.

Your duties include (but are not limited to):

- Support SOC operations by conducting an effective handover between peers with the emphasis being communication and information sharing
- Administration of Mobile Response Officers workload by dynamic assessment of the changing situation
- Dispatching of Mobile Response Officers and Operational Support managers as necessary to meet client needs
- Demonstrate Dardan values and understanding of Dardan policies, ensuring that Accountability, Responsibility and Ownership are standards that guide behaviour
- Communicate across key stakeholders in a proactive approach to problem solving
- Provide high standards of customer service for internal and external customers - seeking continuous feedback and adapting to customer needs
- Accurate, comprehensive, and compliant CCTV operations and monitoring
- Recording statistics, user rates and the performance levels of the Security Operations Centre Operator and preparing focused management reports utilising available MI
- Provide accurate reporting and records
- Liaising with customers and stakeholders to ensure prescribed Service Level Agreements are established and maintained
- Liaising with operational managers, security contract managers, supervisors/team leaders, front line operatives

**Essential Skills and Experience**
- Valid SIA CCTV Licence
- Right to work in the UK and a five-year checkable history
- Punctual and reliable
- Passionate about creating an expectational customer experience
- Knowledge of the MS packages (excel, word, outlook)
- Highly intuitive with a curious mindset
- Highly presentable in line with our corporate brand
- Resilient and pro-active in your work
