**The Opportunity**

We are recruiting for an influential and collaborative Head of Operations to manage our Security operations across our heartland in Cambridgeshire.

Our new Head of Operations is a key leader in our Senior Management Team and will be responsible for maintaining and shaping the current and future client accounts across the dedicated portfolio.

Your duties include (but are not limited to):

- Full operational account management across Cambridge and surrounding
- Providing security consultancy
- Accountable for staff performance, including welfare and resourcing across the designated portfolio
- Cost management and budget reviews for clients
- Business Development in line with the companies growth strategy
- Hosting quarterly business review meetings for existing clients
- Responsible for leading on the successful mobilisation of new contracts
- Building connections and providing a pro-active value add service at all times

**Essential Skills and Experience**
- Successful Operational Management and Client services experience within the Security industry
- Skilled at building relationships, new and potential
- High levels of integrity and the ability to build trust with all stakeholders
- Passionate about creating an exceptional client experience
- Intuitive with a curious mindset
- Driven by high performance
- Highly presentable in line with our corporate brand
