**Role Summary**

The Head of Sales and Marketing will be supported by the Marketing Manager to achieve maximal performance and growth.

**Key Objectives**:

- Support and develop the sales team to help them achieve their potential ad commercial targets.
- Identify areas of profitable growth and bring them into fruition.
- Shape the business strategy as part of the senior management team.
- Promote the culture and values of the business, internally and externally.
- Achieve on a high growth target through an increased customer base, broadened product sales to existing customers and improved conversion rates on quotations.
- Oversee the execution of marketing campaigns to ensure optimal messaging and lead generation.

**Skills and Experience**
- A strong leader, confident in defining reward structures, sales strategies and growth plans.
- Proven track record of delivering on a sales and marketing strategy around aggressive growth.
- Must be an agile personality who is comfortable with adaptability and a fast-paced environment.

**Package**
- £70-80k basic
