SF Executive are working exclusively with a market leading consumer product business, based in Worcestershire, in search of an ambitious and proactive Head of Marketing.

The Head of Marketing will be responsible for developing and executing online and offline marketing strategies, driving business growth through effective campaigns and increasing footfall/enquiries to existing branches as well as helping to grow new sites as they launch.

This role will have full control of the look and feel of the organisation’s online and offline presence. You will identify new opportunities to grow the customer base and provide insight into behavioural flows, local markets and target audiences.

**The Person**

The successful Head of Marketing will:

- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies for both online and offline channels to drive business growth.
- Develop and implement offline marketing initiatives, including print and media advertising, direct mail, events, and sponsorships.
- Work closely with local branches to develop effective sales collateral and materials.
- Analyse marketing data and market trends to continuously improve campaign performance.
- Manage marketing budgets and ensure that all campaigns are delivered on time and within budget.
- Drive brand awareness and positioning through creative marketing campaigns.

**Conditions**

This role offers hybrid working so you will need to be in the Worcestershire head office 2/3 days a week. You will also be required to travel to national branches when necessary.
