Helensburgh, United Kingdom Quality Care Scotland Ltd Full time

- Scotland - Not Glasgow**

Please, before going any further, - see our company Facebook page:

- **For this Job**.**Advert, we only require UK citizens living in Helensburgh or nearby.**:
**Unlike other job adverts, we wanted this one to be different.**
- Questions to ask yourself if you are interested in a career in care and why you should join Quality Care Scotland._
- Why do many of our carers join us from other home care companies or care homes?
- Why do many wish they had found us sooner?
- Why is our carer retention ratio so high compared to the industry as a whole and surrounding areas?
- Why do many new carers come from our existing carers' referrals?
- Why do many of our clients ask to have their care transferred to us?
- Why has our care inspectorate score always been a consistent 5 since we first formed?
- Why do our carers all look forward to organised staff nights out. Especially our upcoming bowling night.
- Why are we the only care provider who ensures our carers finish earlier than other providers and still have nighttimes with their partners, i.e., not finishing at 22/23:00pm?
- For 5+ years, we have never had a website, as our carers and clients have been based on referrals and a positive reputation.

We are not a franchise or large multinational company forever expanding like other providers, hence why our carers feel more connected and valued.

We welcome carers from all industries. Our carers come from all backgrounds, such as, air stewardesses, dental receptionists, and retirees.
- We require drivers - you have to have a car and a full uk driving license.

Duties
- _**Full training and an extended shadowing period provided.**_

You'll be our "Health Guardian," keeping an eye on important stats like a superhero, ensuring our clients, like Mrs. R, are in tip-top shape.
