At Home Instead - West Dunbartonshire, West Stirlingshire, Argyll and Bute, we believe in valuing and appreciating our Care Professional and providing the highest standards of Quality Care and Support to our Client's.

**Job Description**:
We are looking for Care Professionals who can provide exceptional care and support to our clients in Helensburgh area, no two days are the same you could be supporting with:

- Companionship Care and Support to help reduce isolation.
- Social Support in the local community.
- Home Help Services
- Light Housework Duties and Laundry
- Shopping Support
- Personal Care Services
- Meal Preparation
- Medication Support
- Palliative/End of Life Care

The role of a Care Professional with Home Instead you will spend a mínimal of an hour per visit with our clients and to ensure continuity of care we match our Care Professionals with our clients.

**Qualifications**:
No formal qualifications are required as we offer a comprehensive induction and on-going training and development with full support in your role.

Care Professionals will be required to register with the SSSC within 6 months of commencing their role and will be supported to gain required qualification as per registration requirements.

Additional Information

As a Home Instead Care at Home Professional you will receive the following benefits:

- Paid, full internal training for role.
- Wages start at £11.00 per hour, and Enhancements on bank holidays.

- Mileage payments at 25p a mile.
- Continued in house training and support including FREE SVQ Training

- 28 days paid holiday (including bank holidays), paid pro-rata.
- Refer a friend scheme, with generous bonus *Terms and Conditions apply.
- 24 Hour Support to all our Care Professionals
- Minimal of One Hour Care visits.

Driving Licence is preferred but not essential.
