Salary: £22,000 per annum (dependent on experience).

Job Description:
We are seeking a caring and supportive individual to join our Mobile Homecare Team in Helensburgh. As a Part Time Care Assistant, you will work closely with a colleague to deliver high-quality care and support to people who do not have access to regular care in their own homes. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with colleagues to assess each person's needs and provide the best possible support. You will also work as part of a team to develop personalized care plans that meet the unique needs of each individual. Required Skills and Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you will need excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You should be able to build rapport with service users and their families, and be flexible and adaptable in your approach. A qualification in healthcare or a related field would be an advantage, but is not essential.
