Cera Care Assistant Role in Helensburgh and Surrounding Areas
We are seeking a dedicated and caring individual to join our team as a Care Assistant. This role involves working with our clients in their own homes, providing personal care and support with daily living activities. We offer a competitive salary of £13.50-£14.00 per hour, depending on experience.

**Responsibilities:**
- Assist with personal care, including continence support, washing and dressing, managing medications, cooking or preparing hot meals, and helping with domestic tasks- Provide companionship and reassurance to our clients- Work collaboratively with other care staff to ensure seamless delivery of care services- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and progress

**Requirements:**
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to build strong relationships with clients and their families- Physical fitness to perform duties, including lifting and transferring clients- Availability to work flexible shifts, including mornings, days, evenings, and nights
