As a Studio Deputy Manager, you will be managing the day-to-day operations of the department responsible for controlling our Sportsbook display and ensuring that the delivery of locally relevant content meets the requirements of our Trading team.

You will currently be operating at Supervisor level or higher, be able to monitor and manage departmental workload and demonstrate success in developing staff at various levels.

In addition, you will possess a sound knowledge of our Sportsbook and the ability to drive change to improve both the product and departmental processes.

Reporting to and working with the Studio Manager, this is a great opportunity to make a difference in one of the key areas of the business.

- Ability to lead, co-ordinate, motivate and organise a team.
- Professional approach with a drive to succeed.
- Ability to monitor and manage the departmental workload.
- Sound knowledge of our Sportsbook, betting, and competitors in the industry would be advantageous.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure to resolve issues.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to highlight and recommend solutions for change, which benefit the Company or department.

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Overseeing the day-to-day running of the department, deputising for the Studio Manager when necessary and acting as a point of escalation for issues.
- Maintaining a high degree of awareness of outstanding issues, liaising with appropriate departments to expedite problem resolution.
- Monitoring and analysing existing processes, proposing and implementing improvements where identified.
- Maintaining a high degree of regulatory awareness across multiple jurisdictions ensuring the site meets local legal and compliance standards.
- Providing key information to management in a timely manner.
- Developing the Supervisor team to meet the demands of the department and the Supervisory competency framework.
