**Am Y Gwasanaeth**
Mae Gwasanaeth Ieuenctid Caerdydd yn cynnig ystod o ddarpariaethau ar gyfer pobl ifanc 11 i 25 oed ac mae’n cynnwys tîm o weithwyr ieuenctid proffesiynol ymroddgar sy’n gweithredu ledled y ddinas. Mae’r gwasanaeth yn cynnwys canolfannau ieuenctid, darpariaethau arbenigol, timau mentora ieuenctid a gwaith ieuenctid stryd ac mae pob un ohonynt yn cynnig amrywiaeth o gyfleoedd a phrofiadau creadigol sy’n annog cyfranogiad a datblygiad pobl ifanc mewn cymunedau.

Mae Gwasanaeth Ieuenctid Caerdydd yn hyrwyddo cysylltiad cryf rhwng gwaith ieuenctid targedig a chynhwysol sy’n sicrhau y cynigir cymorth cyson i bobl ifanc pan fo angen hynny arnynt. Mae Gwasanaeth Ieuenctid Caerdydd yn annog pobl ifanc i wireddu eu potensial unigol ac yn eu cefnogi ar eu siwrne i ddod yn ddinasyddion gweithredol cadarnhaol.

**Am Y Swydd**
Mae cyfle cyffrous gyda chyfarwyddiaeth Addysg Cyngor Caerdydd i Fentor Ieuenctid. Ariennir y swydd hon drwy grant ac fe’i lleolir yn y Gwasanaeth Ieuenctid fel rhan o’r Tîm Ymyrraeth ac Atal Cynnar.

Byddwch yn rhan o dîm deinamig a brwdfrydig sy’n gweithio â phobl ifanc anghenion cymhleth mewn ysgol uwchradd a benodir i chi. Nod eich rôl fydd ‘hyrwyddo ymgysylltu ag addysg, hyfforddiant, gwirfoddoli ac yn y pen draw, cyflogaeth, caiff hyn ei wneud trwy amryw ymyriadau.

Mae profiad o weithio gyda phobl ifanc sydd wedi’i hymylu yn hanfodol i’r rôl hon. Mae ffocws ar arferion sy’n canolbwyntio ar gryfderau ac yn rhoi’r person ifanc yn gyntaf hefyd yn hanfodol. Mae’r tîm yn ymrwymedig i ddull therapi sy’n canolbwyntio ar ddatrysiad byr ac mae hyn wedi’i adlewyrchu mewn gwaith cynllunio, darparu a gwerthuso yn ogystal ag yn y model goruchwylio a chymorth.

**Beth Rydym Ei Eisiau Gennych**
Rydym yn chwilio am weithwyr ieuenctid brwdfrydig a deinamig a fydd yn annog creadigrwydd ac i ysbrydoli arloesi a chymell pobl ifanc yn ddyddiol trwy ymyriadau mentora.

Rydym yn chwilio am weithwyr ieuenctid sydd ag agweddau cadarnhaol a gwydnwch i allu cael effaith gadarnhaol ar fywydau pobl ifanc ac annog cynnydd.

Bydd yr ymgeiswyr llwyddiannus yn gymwys fel Gweithwyr Cymorth Ieuenctid Lefel 3 o leiaf a bydd ganddynt hanes o weithio gyda phobl ifanc i sicrhau canlyniadau cadarnhaol.

Rydym yn chwilio am weithwyr ieuenctid y mae ganddynt brofiad o asesu anghenion pobl ifanc ac ymateb yn briodol drwy eirioli a brocera ag amrywiaeth o bartneriaid a darparwyr.

Rydym yn chwilio am bobl ragweithiol â dealltwriaeth glir o sut mae gweithio yn y maes cymorth yng Nghaerdydd.

Byddwch yn gymwys yn broffesiynol ac wedi'ch cofrestru gyda Chyngor y Gweithlu Addysg.

**Gwybodaeth Ychwanegol**
Cyflog: £27,678 y flwyddyn PRO RATA (T00 Lefel 15)

Mae hon yn swydd ran amser a bydd deiliad y swydd yn gweithio 30 awr yr wythnos yn ystod y tymor yn unig. Fodd bynnag, mae’r cyflog a ddangosir ar gyfer 37 awr yr wythnos, felly caiff ei roi ar sail pro-rata yn unol â hyn.

Dylai’r ymgeisydd/ymgeiswyr llwyddiannus allu cyfathrebu’n effeithiol drwy gyfrwng y Gymraeg i Lefel 4 - Uwch.

Mae’r swyddi yn destun Gwiriad Manwl gan y Gwasanaeth Datgelu a Gwahardd.
