To positively impact hundreds of thousands of students in UK by evolving our support for students through targetjobs site, social media and events. You will be leading the team which engages with students digitally and face-to-face and working with universities and employers.**Key Metrics**

targetjobs metrics are growing and goals are met:
- followers and engagement on LinkedIn, Tiktok, Instagram and YouTube
- #1 brand in unprompted and promoted awareness
- Student, employer and educator event feedback measured by NPS and repeat Bookings
- Event bookings (Revenue) Budget

Outcomes

**Student brand and acquisition goals are met through the delivery of the Student Success plan**
- Oversee, improve, prioritise and deliver the Student Success Plan personally and through managing the Student Success team. There are a number of projects defined to support students, directly and working with university careers teams and academic faculties. These projects range from student focus groups and on campus activity to digital innovations, social media and student CRM.
- Work with Product, Content, eCRM and other teams to deliver prioritised projects
- Regularly report on progress against defined student acquisition goals and projects

**targetjobs student events and programmes lead the sector**
- Conceive, design and deliver student events and programmes that give students brilliant insight, experience and connections with future employers. They are a mix of face-to-face, virtual and hybrid
- Meet and balance student, employer and educator needs and deliver on Customer Success and Commercial goals
- Propose new ideas and formats regularly based on student and/or employer and educator needs
- Develop and continually update from experience, Playbooks to capture excellence in how we deliver events
- Champion and experiment with technology to help deliver an outstanding experience for students and stakeholders whether face-to-face, virtual or hybrid.

**Student Success Team is happy and high-performing**
- Manage the team and student marketing spend budget, working with the Product, Finance and People teams
- Team members have role descriptions, objectives, Personal Development Plans, 121s and regular developmental experiences

Person Specification
- A genuine passion for student support and outcomes
- An interest in careers, jobs, entrepreneurialism and supporting young people in self-discovery, skills and confidence
- Digital marketing interest and skills
- Detail oriented, organised, and highly motivated.
- Demonstrated ability to meet goals
- Team player and an ability to work well under pressure
- Able to build trusting relationships with people inside and outside our organisation.
- Strong numerical know-how for reporting and analysing stats.
- Sociable with a good sense of fun and humour

**Work Experience, Knowledge & Skills**:

- Experience with marketing analytics and social tools such as Google Analytics and Sprout
- Team management including hiring, developing and progressing team members
- Ideally experience in student skills and recruitment and/or education, universities, careers and employability services

- Permanent role - 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday 9.00am - 5.30pm
