**VENUES FINANCE ADMINISTRATOR**

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Venues Finance Administrator to join our award-winning Venues team based in our Broome office As a Venues Finance Administrator, you will support the venues team by producing reports, processing invoices, reconciling projects, completing vat reconciliations and supporting with administration duties. This role will suit a well organised individual that has previous experience in a finance roleand would love the opportunity to be involved in the world of Live Events.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Finance Duties**:

- Produce venues weekly WIP report - ensuring all information is in the report and up to date
- Produce status report for accounts at the end of each month
- Process Precision pay invoices (virtual credit card payments)
- Raisie venue sales invoices and sending to client, entering on sage
- Monthly reconciliation of venue projects with BookIT, Sage and Procim.
- Chasing final invoices and reconciling final invoices on BookIT
- Monthly Credit Card reconciliation for the Team ensuring all receipts are filed
- Processing commission invoices accurately using the information provided
- Sending and handling commission invoices
- Procim Project Management System - updating weekly with figures from BookIt Status report
- Debtors - Chasing client & venue commission invoices for payment.
- VAT - an understanding of UK VAT treatments is required

**Administration duties**
- Ensuring all ISO paperwork is completed for each project and saved in the relevant place on the system
- Handling venue appointments and making sure that we communicate learnings with all departments
- Updating and inputting all information on our internal intranet
- Send feedback forms out on a weekly basis to clients and capture the responses

**Skills/Abilities**:

- Time Management and organisational skills
- Ability to work on multiple projects and prioritise tasks
- Process adherence - in line with ISO 9001. Adhere to all ISO 9001 processes that are involved with the project from inception to completion and ensuring all ISO documentation is maintained and filed accurately

- Excellent IT skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, Access)

**Knowledge/Qualifications**:

- Previous finance and admin office experience is essential
