London, United Kingdom Guy's and St Thomas' NHS Foundation Trust Full time

The Children’s Sleep and Respiratory Centre has rapidly evolved over the last 18 years. It is an internationally respected quaternary Centre of excellence for the comprehensive investigation and treatment of sleep disorders in infants and children. We have 5 dedicated beds and an expanding domiciliary diagnostic service, performing more than 2000 studies per year.

Within the same department and staff structure the Respiratory Assessment service was established in 2017 to support the expanding Respiratory team and other disciplines within ELCH. The service has seen rapid growth and uses innovative approaches and equipment to maintain excellent patient experience for our paediatric population. The dedicated paediatric lab also provides mobile out-patient, ward testing and a home spirometry service.

You would be part of a diverse team of 23 Physiologists working together to put patients first to provide world class sleep and respiratory diagnostics. Innovation has been key to our rapid growth and development of a child focused service. We regularly present at international conferences and are a research active department.

Staff wellbeing and patient experience is extremely important for us with a number of initiatives designed to accommodate everyone's individual needs.

Some of the key responsibilities are listed above, for more detailed information please see attached Job Description and Person Specification. Please note interview date is 22/06/23.
