**Your Role**:
As a Recruitment Consultant, you'll get to embrace the full 360 experience Your main responsibilities will include supplying temporary or permanent workers into the Road Haulage and Distribution markets while driving business development efforts in new targeted areas (to be discussed upon interview stages).

Your keen eye for talent, matched with your passion for building lasting relationships, will make you a key player in our continued growth and expansion.

**What You'll Do**:

- Be a driving force in achieving and exceeding sales targets and weekly branch budgets.
- Champion our clients' needs through understanding their recruitment requirements and delivering outstanding results.
- Provide exceptional account management for existing clients, cultivating strong partnerships.
- Embrace a dynamic and fast-paced environment where teamwork and collaboration are paramount.
- Rotating on-call duties for selected branches.
