**Job Title**: Recruitment Consultant - Civil Infrastructure

Projects EverHire consultants have been involved with include Förbifart Stockholm (Stockholm Bypass), Västlänken (West Link Project), Stockholm Metro Expansion, E2 Tunnel, Annaberg - Skanstull Cable Tunnel, Henriksdal Water Treatment Plant, Copenhagen Metro.

We are now seeking a dynamic and experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our team and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of the industry.

**Position Overview**:
As a Recruitment Consultant specialising in civil infrastructure, you will be responsible for identifying and attracting top-tier professionals to fill critical roles in some of Sweden's most significant infrastructure projects. You will collaborate closely with our clients and leverage your expertise to ensure the successful completion of projects that are vital to the development of Sweden’s infrastructure.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with clients to understand their staffing needs and project requirements.
- Identify, source, and attract top talent within the civil infrastructure sector.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market conditions.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to placement.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of all recruitment activities.

**Qualifications**:

- Preferred previous experience in recruitment, preferably within the civil infrastructure or construction industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to identify and attract top talent.
- Exceptional negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Familiarity with Swedish labor laws and regulations.
- Results-oriented with a commitment to meeting and exceeding targets.

**Duties**:

- Develop and maintain relationships with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to create job descriptions and job postings.
- Provide guidance and support to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.

**Skills**:

- Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices.
- Experience using CRM's.
- Proficient in social media management for recruitment purposes.
- Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £22,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
