We currently have a great opportunity for a highly motivated compliance administrator to join our team at our head office in Chester. This is an exciting opportunity for someone wishing to develop themselves professionally to become a key asset to the Laminate Solutions team.

Your role is to liaise between all departments to ensure all data is collected to help to maintain the smooth running of the business.

The main purpose of the role will be to oversee and organise information relating to customers and ensure that all paperwork is completed for each departments needs.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assisting the operations team with bookings
- Liaising with customers for information and bookings
- On-boarding of new customers
- Maintaining the database of customer information
- Maintaining weekly schedules
- Ensuring all departments have the information they require for bookings
- Assisting with basic H&S documentation
- Dealing with the technician and customer queries that arise
- HR - On-boarding of new technicians, paperwork for various contract changes etc.

**Required Skills & Experience**:

- Must have a good understanding of Microsoft excel, Microsoft word and computer literate.
- Must have knowledge and good understanding of CRM programmes
- Work with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent organisational skills
- Team player
- Excellent Communication Skills is essential both verbal and written

Starting salary £22,000 - 23,000 per annum, (depending upon experience).

Working hours
- Monday - Thursday 8 am - 4.30 pm

Friday 8.30 am-5.00 pm

(40 hours per week)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £22,000.00-£23,000.00 per year
