Shropshire Council’s Early Help Team would like to recruit to a Parenting Practitioner. The post will be based in Ludlow. The main area of work will cover the south-west of Shropshire. However this is a county wide role and ability to travel across the county is essential. This would be an opportunity to work as part of an experienced team to support families across all levels of needs.
This is a varied and interesting post, and we are hoping to recruit an enthusiastic individual with experience in working in a support role with families. The role will include working and supporting parents and carers through evidenced based group and workshop delivery and one to one sessions. Our service is delivered face to face at Shropshire Council buildings or virtually through MSTeams. The post holder will work in a hybrid way of working from their home as well as offices or other service locations. The post holder must work well on their own as well as being able to work as part of a team.
The post is full time (37hrs).
If you think this might be something of interest to you, and would like some further discussion, please contact;
