This will be a busy and interesting role with varied responsibilities, supporting the smooth running of the language school division of the training centre.

We’re also looking for flexibility, a willingness to get involved and a “can-do” attitude

Experience in a similar role would be an advantage but not essential, but you will need to be sensitive to the needs of clients from other cultures.

You’ll definitely have excellent computer skills and a confident telephone manner. You’ll need to be a fluent communicator in English; a second language would be great, but it’s not essential.

As our Admissions Assistant, you will:
Provide support to the Admissions Manager, including:

- Processing and invoicing new enrolments
- Providing visa support documents as needed
- Database administration
- Liaising with external agents regarding bookings

Provide accommodation support, including:

- Assisting accommodation officer with student arrival/departures (liaising with Homestay providers and students)
- Administrative support to accommodation officer.

Provide administration support, including:

- Front Desk cover as required.
- Answering student enquiries, taking deliveries, manning phones
- Other administrative tasks as requested by management

This role is a full-time, office-based, position of 37.5 hours per week. This is a 6 month contract position with potential for a permanent ongoing contract for the right individual.
