**Company Overview - Payroll/ Admin Assistant**

Our client, a leader in their specialist sector, are currently looking for a payroll/ admin assistant to join their highly valued team on a full-time basis.

This Company are a reputable business with over 25 years’ experience. They currently offer a number of services across their group nationally.

You will be part of a strong team who all understand the importance of working together to ensure a high level of service is delivered. You will be given support, training and a realistic workload to help ensure you achieve job satisfaction.

**Payroll/ Admin Assistant Role and Responsibilities**:

- Collect, process and upload employee timesheets
- Take responsibility for ensuring the correct rates are paid
- Chase up timesheets
- Act as a point of contact for employees
- Deal with Umbrella administration
- Register new workers
- Deal with enquiries both face to face and over the phone
- Schedule meetings
- General admin support
- You will be based within the payroll and accounts team
- Take responsibility for the overall quality of the work delivered
- Carry out effective communications
- Ensure tasks are completed efficiently

**Payroll/ Admin Assistant** **Skills and Experience**:

- You will have a minimum of 2 years payroll and admin experience
- A drive and enthusiasm to grab hold of opportunities
- Excellent communication skills
- You must be fully competent using Teams, Office, Outlook and Word
- A positive attitude and the ability to self-motivate is a must
- You must be flexible and forward thinking
- You must have excellent excel knowledge (Vlookup & pivot tables)
