The Vehicle Solutions Group is offering a great opportunity to work for an excellent vehicle security-based organisation.

The core role will be the administration and scheduling functions in our service department.

Tasks include:

- Scheduling customer appointments for our technicians using a system called Big Change
- Answering inbound phone calls as well as making outbound calls
- Updating spreadsheets for the purposes of reporting and analysis
- Dealing with an array of customer queries
- Fulfilling an array of admin tasks
- Dealing with queries from the field technicians
- Using Microsoft Office to complete Tasks, namely World, Excel
- Invoicing

Continue growth is anticipated so this is a great opportunity to help build and develop within a tight knit team. VSG wants to continue to expand which in turn offers development opportunities for our staff members.

The Requirements
- Flexibility and adaptability to work under your own initiative and in a busy office environment to resolve and progress jobs.
- A skillset which allows for multi-tasking and prioritising workloads
- Must have a proven minimum of 1 year’s previous experience within an office administrative / scheduling role is essential, preferably within the automotive industry.

**Salary**: £20,000 - £22,000.00 per year (with potential for extra £6k on top earnings)
